Vaughn McIntyre has over 30 years of accomplishment in both executive and entrepreneurial positions that have spanned the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.

He has provided strategic leadership to a variety of organizations especially in the area of early stage new market and business development.

His work experiences also include extensive knowledge in human resource attraction, retention, compensation, on-line learning, business planning, sales and marketing.
In association with other associates, Vaughn has developed and presented workshops in Customer Service and New Business Relationships.

As an experienced business strategist in new media and Internet based business, Vaughn brings expertise in the creative use of Web-based marketing and sales programs that may be applied to both the profit and not-for-profit sectors.

Vaughn has applied his skills to e-commerce effectiveness and led in the creation of several new companies including Canada’s first on-line donor centric charity Website (Charity.ca), the founder of Canada’s first pay-per play on-line learning portal (The Canadian Continuous Learning Initiative) and has recently been a participant in the development and growth of organizations such as Telepro-online, Virtual Expert Clinics, Atlantic Hydrogen, Remsoft, Parlay Gaming, and Green Imaging Technologies.

Vaughn is currently on the board of Sunbury Shores Arts and Nature Council, and a member of both the Algonquin Golf Course in St Andrews and the Thornhill Golf and Country Club in Toronto.

Vaughn lives in St Andrews-by-the Sea, New Brunswick with his wife Mary.
