Russ Mallard President  Mallard & Associates Ltd. Authorized Licensee for Sandler Training Moncton, New Brunswick

Russ Mallard is an accomplished manager and entrepreneur with over 30 years experience. He is President of Mallard & Associates and is an award winning Authorized Licensee for Sandler Training in New Brunswick. Russ began his career with Canada Packers in Atlantic Canada and Ontario. He moved to Western Canada with another meat company and spent time in management in Calgary and Victoria BC.  Russ and his wife Chris and young family returned to their Maritime roots in 1992 and have lived in Moncton since that time. He joined the management team at Hub Meat Packers.
In 2000, he founded a food service distribution company M&S Food Service, fulfilling a lifelong dream to own his own business. In 2003 Russ and sold the business to Gordon Food Service, one of North American's largest food service distribution companies. Russ continued on as President and CEO until November 2006.

Following M&S, Russ formed a consulting company called Mallard & Associates which later  became the authorized licensee for Sandler Training in New Brunswick. In March 2007, Russ incorporated ALIGN People Resources Ltd., specializing in corporate culture consulting and providing HR consulting services to companies that typically do not have a full time Human Resource person on staff. Russ was honoured as Sandler’s North American Rookie of the Year for 2008.

He is a Business Administration Graduate of Ryerson University in Toronto and is very involved in his local community as a volunteer.
