Co-Founder and VP Marketing & Sales for Avoca Semiconductor Inc.,  Peter Fillmore has over 20 years of marketing, sales, and management experience in technology companies.  Since joining Ottawa’s technology industry in 1985, Peter has assisted in growing numerous companies through Marketing & Sales Executive and Management Consultant roles. He established Westpark Technology Management as a boutique market strategy business in 1991.

Peter has directed the growth of numerous early stage companies including Megalith Technologies (acquired by Dataware), PS Software (acquired by Open Text) and Northwood (acquired by Marconi Wireless).  His revenue-building experience includes a broad diversity of technologies across dozens of companies, such as Dipix Technologies (vision systems), Dynex Power (power semiconductors) and SiGe Microsystems (germanium-enhanced silicon).

Educated as an Electrical Engineer, his early marketing experience was at IBM Canada, where he successfully expanded sales of innovative applications & products.
