David A. Regan, Executive-Vice President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations, DHX Media Ltd. (DHX Media Ltd. is Canada’s largest television production and distribution company with revenues in excess of $50 million.)

  • Raised $48 million in four rounds of equity financing from private, retail and institutional investors, the first two as CFO.
  • Managed the May 2006 IPO, with a dual listing on the TSX and London’s AIM exchange.
  • Identified, structured and negotiated three acquisitions and a strategic investment worth $35 million.
  • Arranged subordinated debt and convertible debenture financing.
  • Led investor relations strategy and execution, liaising with institutional investors and equity analysts.

Previously, Mr. Regan was a strategy consultant in London, UK and New York where he worked in A.T. Kearney's financial institutions group.

Mr. Regan received his masters in Business Administration from INSEAD, The European Institute of Business Administration (Fontainebleau, France) and his honours in Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University.
