Dan has more than 8 years of information technology and technical business experience. Over the past three years, as co-founder of the company, he has created a unique, vibrant and productive culture within Spheric. He has extensive experience in web architecture, social media marketing, online collaboration, and has successfully led many technical engagements in a variety of industries and technical environments. He has created the work environment that has allowed Spheric to attract and retain some of the best development personnel in selected practices. Dan has overseen the growth of Spheric from a niche practice service provider to a multi-practice service and new systems development organization.

In addition to his extensive background in Internet/Intranet development, he also has used his highly developed presentation and communication skills as a thought leader in both the assessment and adoption of new technologies, and processes that is driving Innovation at an accelerated pace.
