Whenever an organization is growing and developing to meet challenging business objectives the leadership must find ever more clever ways to meet this challenge, realizing the potential of their team and the assets they manage. Cony has been a leader in organizations facing fast paced change, resulting not only in new business models, but also in individuals and teams with greater capability to continue to drive the change.

Cony holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Wyoming and a Master in Education from the University of North Texas. Her life-long interest in developmental and organizational psychology has served her well.

Cony has worked in both the university and corporate worlds as teacher, manager and consultant. She has applied developmental principles to improve productivity, innovation and ownership for results by working with managers throughout organizations who have a strong desire to lead more effectively. She accomplishes this through coaching to enable a change in the managers’ leadership style. Her own leadership combined with a commitment to business results have become the hallmark of her reputation.

Cony has worked with a variety of leaders and executives across North America with clients in companies such as Irving Oil, Innovatia, Aliant, Saskatchewan Wheat Pool, Atlantic Health Sciences Corporation, Ranch Ehrlo Society, 1984 UCLA Olympic Village, and the University of Texas at Austin. You can expect Cony to provide insight, encouragement and ideas to help you continuously transform your leadership and your organization. She will be your confidant as you develop and execute your strategy, taking the necessary actions to ensure sustained growth and development of your business.
