Cony holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Wyoming and a Master in Education from the University of North Texas. Her life-long interest in developmental and organizational psychology has served her well.

Cony has worked in both the university and corporate worlds as teacher, manager and consultant. She has applied developmental principles to improve productivity, innovation and ownership for results by working with managers throughout organizations who have a strong desire to lead more effectively. She accomplishes this through coaching to enable a change in the managers’ leadership style. Her own leadership combined with a commitment to business results have become the hallmark of her reputation.

Cony has worked with a variety of leaders and executives across North America with clients in companies such as Irving Oil, Innovatia, Aliant, Saskatchewan Wheat Pool, Atlantic Health Sciences Corporation, Ranch Ehrlo Society, 1984 UCLA Olympic Village, and the University of Texas at Austin.
