With 25+ years in the business and a long list of happy clients, Carol is one of the most seasoned and highly respected marketers in the industry. The region’s corporate leaders routinely seek her out to raise their company profile and enhance business performance across Canada. Before establishing C2 Communications and C’volution, Carol spent 18 years with a leading New Brunswick marketing and communications firm, rising from junior ranks to position of Executive Vice President, growing the company from five to 70 employees. Carol was mentored by the likes of Jim McKeage, a leading Canadian public relations practitioner and was quick to act on what she learned. She was trusted by leading companies like Bank of Montreal, Investors group, Home Oil to lead public relations and stakeholder relations campaigns. She also consulted with Sobeys Group of Companies and in the life insurance industry to strengthen product positioning to consumers.
Recently recognized internationally
On November 2009, Carol received prestigious recognition at The International Women of Influence and Luminary Awards™, by the Global EXEC Women in the Corporate Category. Her success in creating results for international clients, community engagement and leadership were key to this recognition. This was followed by business certification by WEConnect Canada, an organization opening doors to new supply chains, connecting them with the growing global demand from corporations and the public sector for diverse and innovative suppliers.

McCain International Resource Portal
Carol conceived and led a McCain Foods International project to develop an online portal to support sales leaders in fifteen (15) countries. Designed to create consistent brand, sales and marketing messages, it resulted in better communication, increased momentum and sales.
McCain (Foods Canada) / CBCF Partnership
Carol was a force behind a McCain Foods Canada strategy to translate “Better for You” into “Healthier Tomorrows” cause marketing strategy. In “championing” the breast cancer cause in a multi-product strategy, the program contributed to the cause and helped differentiate a quality product previously seen as a commodity. The result was strengthened sale and brand image.
Horizon Health Network brand development
She lead the rebranding and repositioning of the largest of two New Brunswick health authorities in a forward looking strategy to reposition and defined the brand experience and brand identity
Kimberly-Clark (Huggies Brand)
She was a key strategist in integrating cause into Huggies new loyalty program, Enjoy the Ride Rewards, repositioning traditional marketing into engagement, a key shift with today’s consumers.
