Ms. Kelly’s corporate law practice involves doing private placements; shareholder agreements, corporate reorganizations, and estate freezes. Her commercial practice involves carrying out a variety of contract negotiations, mainly in the technology sector, as well as acting in relation to asset purchases and share purchases.

Ms. Kelly has acted as legal counsel in drafting and negotiating technology transfer and intellectual property licenses within IT and biotech sectors. She advises companies on copyright issues and many information-based companies on proprietary, development, patent, maintenance and licensing issues as well as related business issues, such as corporate structure and financial matters.

Ms. Kelly has expertise in privacy and management of personal information.
