The overall goals for the event were:
- To enhance New Brunswick's leadership capacity both in quality and in quantity
- To ensure the province has a reliable leadership supply both now and into the future
Thirty hand-picked delegates from across the province were invited to participate. Each delegate had a vested interest in leadership excellence and development. Also, each delegate was in a position to influence their sector or organization and provide leadership moving forward.
The desired outcome for the day was to align stakeholders under a common platform so that together, these organizations could create valuable linkages in their leadership development activity.
