Lloyd has been a Partner with MRSB Chartered Professional Accountants and Management Consultants since 2006. In this capacity Lloyd provides a wide variety of local and international clients with accounting and tax advisory services.
Lloyd is also President of Confederation M&A, Atlantic Canada’s largest Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory firm. Lloyd provides advisory services on both the buy-side and sell-side for transactions including strategic advice on transaction pricing, negotiating and financing.
Lloyd is a Chartered Business Valuator and frequently presents seminars and workshops on Business Valuation to the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of PEI, provincial and federal government departments and agencies, and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants.
Lloyd has acted as an expert witness in matrimonial, insurance, litigation and commercial arbitration cases.
