Dave Veale   Kim Burkholder
Founder
HRXFACTOR Inc.
Fredericton, NB
Kim Burkholder recognizes that organizations are unique because of their people. What makes organizations powerful are talented, empowered, motivated teams that are aligned to strategy, and who execute actions that exceed organizational goals. Kim’s professional success is rooted in her belief that people are a company’s most valued resource and when aligned with business strategy, become your X Factor.
Kim founded HRXFACTOR in 2008 to provide customized solutions to New Brunswick’s organizations to assist them in achieving desired business results.
Kim has over twenty years demonstrated leadership in the Canadian staffing industry and has successfully worked with award winning companies and industry leaders from coast to coast.

Prior to moving to New Brunswick in 2008, Kim was a Principal of Pinnacle Staffing Solutions, the largest recruitment firm in Manitoba.  One of Pinnacle’s co-founder’s, Wade Miller, was a recipient of Canada’s Top 40 under 40 in 2007.

In addition to the recruitment industry, Kim spent 5 years as Regional Manager, Canada and Director of Sales and Business Development for Custom House Global Foreign Exchange, the largest independent foreign exchange dealer in North America.  Custom House was recognized as one of Canada’s top ten fastest growing companies by Profit Magazine and was the recipient of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies five years running. Founder Peter Gustavson was the recipient of Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2002.

Kim understands the value of being empowered by inspirational entrepreneurs, in fast–growth, innovative environments, and has been fortunate to be a part of great business success stories.
