As Chairman of Mariner Partners, Inc., Gerry brings over 35 years of in-depth experience in the information and communications technology industry and is the driving force behind the formation of Mariner Partners, Inc. Having been the President of Aliant Telecom and CEO of NBTel during a period of significant deregulation in the Canadian industry, Gerry continues to demonstrate his ability to successfully restructure companies, while delivering revenue growth and strong operating results. Gerry has also proven to be an innovator with such start-up IT companies as Q1 Labs and iMagicTV.

In addition to a wealth of knowledge regarding partnerships with government for the purpose of using infrastructure as an economic development tool, Gerry continues to prove himself as an experienced leader in change management, labor relations, complex post-merger integration, and strategic partnerships.
